Installed isn't the same as working
A house being physically connected and a house passing a Power Meter and OLTS test are two different milestones. Reporting only the first hides the gap that matters most to the client.
The three numbers
Total scope, installed, and tested — reported together, not separately. A unit should only count as "tested" once both readings exist, with photo evidence attached to each.
Why this earns trust
When a client can see installed and tested side by side, with evidence behind every number, disputes over progress claims mostly disappear. The report does the convincing, not a phone call.
